Core Production Workshops & Capabilities

Shell & Component Injection Molding

Our in-house injection molding workshop produces helmet shells, chin bars, and structural components with high precision. We support custom molds for ABS, fiberglass, and carbon fiber helmets, ensuring structural accuracy and consistent quality from the very beginning of production.

Carbon Fiber Shell Forming & auto Cutting

For high-performance racing helmets, we offer in-house carbon fiber shell forming, robot-guided precision cutting, and hand-finished grinding. This process delivers lightweight yet ultra-strong shells with smooth aerodynamic profiles, meeting the demands of premium and racing-grade helmet lines.

Visor Production & Hardening

We manufacture and harden our own visors in-house, including clear, tinted, anti-scratch, and anti-fog options. Every visor undergoes reinforcement treatment to improve impact resistance and UV protection, ensuring compliance with ECE R22.06 and DOT standards.

Hydro Transfer Printing & Custom Graphics

Our hydro transfer printing workshop supports custom graphics, brand patterns, and limited-edition designs. From Pantone color matching to full custom decals, we bring your brand’s visual identity to life on every helmet shell.

Dust-Free Automated Painting

The dust-free automated painting workshop ensures uniform, high-gloss finishes for all helmet models. Multi-layer coating and UV protection treatment enhance durability, scratch resistance, and color stability for long-lasting product appeal.

Liner & Interior Production

We manufacture helmet liners in-house, including moisture-wicking, anti-bacterial, and breathable materials. With dedicated sewing and fitting workshops, we ensure ergonomic comfort, removable/washable designs, and custom liners for different head shapes and climate needs.

Assembly & Final Production

Our streamlined assembly line integrates all components (shell, visor, liner, straps, buckles, inspection, packing) into finished helmets with strict process standards. Each helmet is fully checked before leaving the line to ensure proper fit, function, and finish.
